Web Delivery of requested items

If you received an email notifying you that an item you requested was delivered via the web, please use the link in the email to access the item.

If you are retrieving an item that was requested from the High Density Storage facility via Franklin, please click here: WebDoc@Penn Libraries.

If you are retrieving an item requested from Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery, please click here: ILL / Document Delivery Pickup.

In the near future we are planning to integrate the two delivery services to allow a single point pickup.
