Click on "View Current Requests" to see the status of your outstanding InterLibrary Loan/Document Delivery requests.

Click on "ILL/Document Delivery Pickup" to retrieve your article requests.

Problems retrieving your articles? Try the following tips:
  • Check that your web browser's security/privacy settings are not on "high."
  • Check that your browser will accept cookies.
  • Update to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat at www.adobe.com.
  • Try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
